Privacy Policy

Thrivecast Studio LLC ("Thrivecast", "we", "us") provides marketing and content services to financial advisory firms. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, our booking pages and our messages, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Details you give us when you book a call or fill in a form: your name, email address, phone number, firm name and type, website or content links, and answers about your business and marketing.
  • Booking information: the date and time of your call and your time zone.
  • Messages you send us by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and whether you open emails or click links we send.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls you book with us.
  • To prepare for those calls and reply to your questions.
  • To send information about our services, but only where you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
  • To run and improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.

SMS and WhatsApp messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive messages, we may send you texts or WhatsApp messages about your booking: confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing messages by SMS. If you separately agree, we may send occasional updates about our services by email or WhatsApp. Message frequency varies (up to 6 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and booking platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), email and messaging providers, video-call tools (Google Workspace) and analytics tools. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law. All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, normally no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, Australian Privacy Act, India's DPDP Act or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. International transfers

We work with team members and providers in several countries, including the United States and India, so your information may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
